Premium Same-Day Service
When It Can't Wait.
For eligible time-sensitive low-voltage issues, MLVS may offer expedited same-day response based on availability. Examples include camera outages, commercial electric locks (strikes & maglocks), card readers, critical connectivity issues, urgent equipment replacement and time-sensitive residential smart-device assistance.
This service is not a substitute for emergency fire, police, medical or life-safety response.

Minimum Same-Day Dispatch
Includes priority dispatch and up to the first hour of onsite diagnostic/service labor. Parts, equipment, additional labor, specialty materials and extraordinary travel are additional.How We Work

Midwest Low Volt Solutions was created to provide clients with a better experience all around: thoughtful assessment, honest recommendations, clean workmanship, clear documentation, and systems that remain serviceable long after the installation is complete.
With nearly a decade of hands-on experience installing, troubleshooting, integrating systems, coordinating projects, and building teams, I understand both the field work and the bigger picture. Every project is approached with attention to performance, detail, and customer understanding—while building a company that supports local businesses, contractors, and the community.
My goal isn't to sell you more technology. It's to understand what you actually need, build the right solution, and stand behind my work when the job is done.

What is the fastest way to request service?
Use the Request Service button and tell us exactly what is happening. Include system brand, model numbers, error messages, photos, affected devices and anything you have already tried. The more information we have, the better prepared we can be before scheduling.
Do you install, service and replace existing equipment?
Yes. MLVS handles new installation, troubleshooting, service, replacement and upgrades across eligible low-voltage systems. We can also help identify and source compatible replacement equipment when needed.
Do you offer same-day service?
Same-Day Priority Service may be available for eligible time-sensitive issues. It has a $200 minimum dispatch and is subject to availability. Parts, equipment, additional labor, specialty materials and extraordinary travel are additional.
What areas do you serve?
MLVS is based in Omaha, Nebraska and primarily serves Omaha and surrounding markets. Larger commercial, contractor-support and commissioning projects may be considered outside the immediate metro depending on scope.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Midwest Low Volt Solutions L.L.C. is licensed and insured. Ashley Hodges is a licensed Nebraska Fire Alarm Inspector & Installer and also holds industry certifications across multiple low-voltage platforms.
Do you work with contractors and integrators?
Yes. MLVS provides professional subcontract and field support for electrical contractors, general contractors, integrators and other low-voltage companies. Scope, responsibilities, exclusions and handoff requirements are defined before work begins.
